Adults, couples, adolescents, school age children and families are active participants in therapy at my office. As a provider contracted with Traditional Medicare, BCBS, Aetna, UHC, Cigna, Medcost, CBHA UMR, and Oscar I enjoy working closely with those seeking a person to listen and understand about the challenges faced on a daily basis. It is through this therapeutic relationship persons of all ages are able to identify what is important to them and explore how their thoughts and beliefs affect their feelings and what they do. Counseling helps with processing feelings and acquiring skills in order to grow and develop strengths for coping and relating more comfortably with others.
Counseling occurs in the quiet atmosphere of a charming historical building or via Telehealth where privacy and client comfort is a priority. An accessible building entrance free of steps is available adjacent to the rear parking lot on the east side of the building.
